Every city in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and nowhere else. An installer is matched to your city when the request comes in — and if the address is outside the three counties, you are told straight away rather than booked into a window nobody can keep.
What to have ready
- Your street address, city and ZIP.
- What the shutters need: a new set, a repair, a lost key, a close-up, a tune-up. A photo of the problem helps.
- How many openings, and roughly how big, if it is a new install or a replacement.
- Your HOA or condo rules on shutters and colour, if there are any.
- The days and times that suit you.
